IMPORTANT – Medical Forms

Everyone must have an updated medical form on file with the troop. It must be on file for all youth and adults attending activities and completed every 12 months.  ALSO, anyone attending summer camp must have the Part B physical exam completed within the last 12 months.  Please note that this is not waivable and your child will not be allowed into Camp if they do not have an updated Med Form.  You can access the Medical Form in our DOCUMENTS. NOTE:  CareNow will perform your Scout’s physical exam for $12.  If you need additional forms (e.g.  school athletics), they will do those for an additional $6 each.
